AI that makes yours the tab they come back to.
Shoppers open a dozen tabs and forget most of them, cart included. Retab makes your tab flash with what they were shopping for, so your store is the one they come back to.
One click to another tab,
and your store is forgotten.
Retab gives them a reason
to come back.
They come back and check out.
Win back the tab they forgot
A shopper comparing stores, checking a flight or answering a message hasn't left. They've just moved your store out of sight. Retab puts it back in view.
Catches the eye, for the right reason
Every nudge is about what they were actually shopping for, like the last one in their size. That is what gets a shopper to click back, and a generic blinking tab never will.
Learns what brings them back
Retab tests which icons actually win shoppers back and which get ignored, and swaps out the underperformers automatically.
Zero impact on your store
Retab only works while shoppers are on another tab, so your pages, your design and your speed stay exactly as they are.
A tab that remembers what they were doing
A row of look-alike tabs is easy to ignore. Retab makes yours flash with what they loved about it - the item, the size, the cart - right when they are deciding where to click.

Most common questions
What is Retab?
Retab is a Uxify agent that brings shoppers back after they switch to another tab. While your store sits in the background, it adds an icon to the tab for what the shopper was doing - a watch if they were browsing watches, a cart if they left one - and flashes the title with a line from the page, so yours is the tab they return to.
Does Retab change anything on my store's pages?
No. Retab only acts while your tab is hidden behind another one. The page the shopper sees is untouched, nothing is added to how it loads, and the icon and title are back to normal the instant they come back.
Does Retab change my favicon or page title?
Your favicon never changes, so shoppers always recognise your store. While the tab is in the background, Retab adds an icon beside it and flashes the title between yours and a line taken from the page itself - the product, the stock left, what is in the cart - to catch the shopper's eye. The moment they are back, your title is exactly as you set it. It also tests which icons win shoppers back, so the ones that don't are retired.
How is Retab different from Carter?
Carter steps in when a shopper tries to close the tab or leave the site. Retab works earlier, when a shopper simply drifts to another tab. They run together on the same Uxify snippet. See Carter.
How do I get started with Retab?
Retab is one of the Uxify agents, so it runs on a Uxify plan. The easiest way to start is to run your first agent for $1 on our trial, then keep it going on the plan that fits. If the Uxify snippet is already on your site, switch Retab on from the dashboard - there is no code to write. Get started, or talk to an expert if you want a walkthrough first.
