What does an agent actually do, and what happens if it gets it wrong?
Each agent has a defined scope: detect a specific issue, ship a specific optimization, or complete a productivity task. You set the guardrails through custom instructions, and you can review or roll back any agent action at any time.
Optimizations are applied through Uxify's own layer, so your site's code is never modified. The worst that can happen is an optimization not delivering the expected impact. Your site stays unaffected.
Can I try Uxify for free?

If you run a small site and just want to monitor Core Web Vitals, the Free plan covers it. No credit card required, forever free.
If your site converts traffic into revenue, a pilot on any paid plan is the better fit. Paid plans give you optimization agents that turn the data into measurable revenue lift, and you can upgrade or cancel at any time.
How long does it take to install Uxify?
A single script tag. Most teams are live in under five minutes. Enterprise customers can serve Uxify as a first-party script from their own domain, with custom CSP support.
What counts as a session?
A session is a single visit to your website. Bot traffic is filtered automatically and never counted. Only real human visits are tracked.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
You will be notified as you approach your limit. From there, you can purchase additional session packs at volume-discounted rates, or upgrade to a plan with a higher allocation. Monitoring continues without interruption either way.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
We don't store PII about your visitors. Uxify tracks behavior, performance, and engagement patterns, not identities. Session recordings automatically mask sensitive inputs like forms, passwords, and payment fields.
On the infrastructure side: encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and regular audits. Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logs, role-based access, and extended data retention controls.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes. Enterprise plans include a dedicated implementation team that installs, configures, and rolls out Uxify across your organization. Onboarding is also available on request for Scale customers.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans have no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans come with a yearly billing commitment, which is why they're offered at the discounted rate. Enterprise plans include a committed term agreed during contracting.

Yes. Uxify is fully accessible through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
