Funnels

See the paths shoppers actually take to checkout

Funnels maps the milestones that lead to purchase, suggests the ones you're missing, and follows every visitor and every cart through each step.

Milestones

Track the moments that lead to purchase

Every funnel is built from milestones. Start with the ones chosen for your business, then add the ones Uxify AI finds in your traffic.

A funnel that fits your business from day one

A milestone is any moment on the way to a conversion: a URL rule, or a click on a specific button. Funnels starts with the ones that matter for your platform, industry and type of business - on Shopify the common ones are detected for you - then shows how many shoppers reach each one and what share of your traffic that is.

Journeys

Follow every journey, in shoppers and in revenue

Journeys connects your milestones into the paths shoppers really take. Count the people who move through each step, or the cart value they carry with them.

Follow shoppers from entry to checkout

Most funnel views tell you people leave, not which route they were on when they left. Visitor flow shows every route to your conversion, with what continued and what dropped at each step. Filter by channel to see whether paid traffic leaks somewhere different from organic.

Follow your shoppers
From insight to fix

From a leak in the funnel to a fix

Funnels shows where shoppers drop. The rest of Uxify helps you find out why, and stop it.

Uxi explains the biggest loss

Uxi reads your Revenue flow and tells you which milestone costs the most, how much it loses, and the patterns around it, like a device or traffic source that leaks more.

Compare where each channel leaks

Filter any journey by conversion goal, channel and period. See whether paid traffic drops off somewhere different from organic, and fix the leak that belongs to each source.

Let an agent close the gap

Carter wins back shoppers leaving with a full cart, INProve fixes slow interactions, and Navigation AI makes the next page load instantly.

FAQ

Most common questions

What is Funnels in Uxify?

Funnels is the Uxify product that shows how shoppers move from entry to purchase. It tracks the milestones that lead to a sale, suggests new ones based on your traffic, and follows visitors and cart value through every step so you can see where the journey breaks.

What's the difference between Milestones and Journeys?

Milestones are the individual steps you care about, like a collection page, a product view, add to cart or checkout. Journeys connect those steps into the real paths shoppers take, showing how many continue at each step and how many drop off.

Do I have to build my funnels by hand?

No. Funnels starts with active milestones chosen for your platform, your industry and the journeys that are popular for your type of business, and on Shopify the common ones are detected for you. Uxify AI then suggests extra milestones from the real journeys on your site, which you can add with one click. You can also add your own at any time, as a URL rule or a click on a specific button.

What do the milestone types mean?

Each milestone has a role in the funnel. A milestone is a step along the way, such as a collection page. A microconversion is a small sign of interest, such as viewing a product. A preconversion is the step right before buying, such as adding to cart. A conversion is the goal itself, such as reaching checkout.

What is Revenue flow?

Revenue flow shows the same journeys as Visitor flow, measured in money instead of shoppers: what value entered each stage, what carried on, and what was lost there. For online stores the value comes from the carts Uxify already tracks, with nothing to set up. For other sites, set a value on your conversion milestone, for example $100 per demo request, and Revenue flow works the same way. Uxi can then explain where the biggest revenue loss happens and what patterns surround it.

Which plan includes Funnels?

Conversion funnels are included in the Core plan and everything above it. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
