Most funnel views tell you people leave. They don't tell you which route they were on when they left.
What changed
Milestones are the moments that matter on the way to a conversion: a URL rule, or a click on a specific button. Mark one as the conversion and you’ll see how many sessions reach each milestone and what share of your traffic that is. On Shopify we detect the common ones for you.
Uxi AI also suggests milestones from the real journeys on your site, each with a short note on why it’s worth watching and an estimate of how many shoppers pass through it. If one looks right, add it in a click.
Then look at the journeys. Visitor flow shows every route to your conversion, with what continued and what dropped at each step. Revenue flow shows the same routes in money: what value entered each stage, what carried on, and what you lost there. Filter by conversion goal, channel and period, so you can see whether paid traffic leaks in a different place than organic.
If you run a store, the money comes from the carts we already track, so there’s nothing to set up. If you don’t, set a value on your conversion milestone, say $100 for a demo request, and Revenue flow works the same way.
- Two flows, people and money, over the same routes.
- Loss at every step, not just at the end.
- Filter by channel, to see where each source leaks.
- Revenue with no setup for stores, and one number to set for everyone else.
